Know all men by these presents:

That I Margaret Stephenson for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to be in hand paid by J. W. Revell, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. I have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain, sell and convey to J. W. Revell trustee, the following described real estate in Woodruff County Arkansas, to wit:

One acre of land located as follows. Commencing at the South East Corner of the S. W. Quarter of the N E Quarter of Section 26 Township of Range 3 and running West 13 Chains and 38 Links and then North 5 Chains and 38 Links and then North 5 Chains will give the South East Corner of the graveyard and then North Seventy yards and then West Seventy Yards and then South Seventy Yards and then East Seventy Yards to starting point containing one acre more or less.

This deed, however, is in trust and said land is to be used exclusively as a burial ground for Stephenson’s, Garrett’s, Short’s, Yarbrough’s, and Hargis forever and if the said J. W. Revell should die at any time then the County Judge of Woodruff County may appoint a trustee to carry out the purpose of this deed.

It is expressly understood that this conveyance is made with the understanding that said ground shall never be used for any purpose except as above set forth.

Be it remembered, that on this day came before me the undersigned a Notary Public within and for the County aforesaid, duly:

I, Ed S. Carl Lee, Clerk of the Circuit Court, and Ex-Officio Recorder for the County aforesaid, do hereby certify that the annexed and foregoing instrument of writing was filed for record in my office on the 13th day of October A.D. 1898 at 3 o'clock P.M., and the same is now duly recorded with the acknowledgment and certificate thereon in Record Book Vol. O Page 345.
