In 1950 my father martgaged some farm equiipment for $213
Mortgage Document - 1950
Mortgate payments that eventually paid for the loan
I'm not sure of the meaning of this letter. It appears that my grandmother owns the land at this time. My Uncle Charlie lived on this land for many years. As a young boy I thought it was his land. My father sold this acreage in 1965.
My father was born at home and thought he never had a birth certificate so later in life he had to get a birth certificate
While doing research I found what I think to be my fathe'sr birth certificate though it has no name on it -- all the data points to my father
