October 31, 1946 -- February 11, 2016
James Craig Litton was born on Oct 31st 1946 in Electra Texas Wichita County, an only son to Elmer Dale Litton and Birdie Lucille Litton. He left us to be with the heavenly Father Feb 11th 2016.
He grew up in Merkel, graduating high school, moved to Lubbock and attended Texas Tech. He married Linda Rebecca Stephenson on Nov 29th 1975 and moved to Longview Tx. He is survived by a son Jason Eric Litton of Longview, a daughter Julie Marie Williamson and husband Darin Williamson of Kilgore and two grandchildren, Shawn Mikel Williamson and Ashlyn Rebecca Williamson.
He worked at Halliburton as a dispatcher and retired from Moberly Oil Field Services. He was an avid Texas Tech fan and went to as many games as he could. He attended First Baptist Church of Longview. In his younger days he enjoyed cooking and playing golf. His parents and wife proceeded him in death.
Visitation will be at Rader Funeral Home Monday, February 15, 6-8 pm and service will be Tuesday, February 16 10am at First Baptist Church of Longview.
