Summer 1978

In the summer of 1978 Patty and I had bought a new volkswagon rabbit car and Claude, from France, had been teaching in Louisiana. She came out to visit with us and we took a 30 day camping, travel trip over the Western part of the US and Canada, ending in Dallas, Texas where Claude flew back home to Paris. These are some of the pictures that we took. Some of the pictures were taken in Lubbock, Texas and some on our way back to California. They were all taken in that summer of 1978. They are not all good, but hopefully preserved here.
