Last Will and Testament of Benjamin Thomas Stephenson

I, Ben Stephenson, being sound in mind do make this my last will and testament. I do hereby appoint J. L Garrett as my Executor of my estate and I want all of my burial expenses paid and the remaining portion of my estate, I want it applied on fencing the family grave yard, known as the old Garrett place. It is my bequest that J. L. Garrett act as my Executor without bond. Should there be anything remaining after the grave yard is fenced, I want the funds devided equally between J. L. Garret, V. W. Stephenson, and Walter Stephenson.

Personally appeared before me, Walter Jimerson, Clerk of the County and Probate Courts of Woodruff Co. Northern District.
W. P. Musgrove and C. C. Ward, to me well known, who being duly sworn, say: That they are the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Ben Stephenson, deceased; that said instrument was excuted at the time, place, and by the person therein named; that said Ben Stephenson, the testator was at the time of signing said instrument upwards of twent-one years of age, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and that in the presence of both of these affiants he declared it to be his last Will and Testament, and subscribed his name thereto in the presence of both of these afiants; that at the request of said Testator affiants wrote their names to his said Will in his presence and in the presence of each other; that the subscriptions to the foregoing instrument of writing are genuine, and that said instrument which is hereto attached is the identical one that affiants so witnessed and saw the said testator sign.
