Lawanda next married John W. Crawford on 28 Oct 1850. John was born on 7 Sep 1829 and died on 10 Jun 1854 at age 24.

This is the Ashley Cemetery, also know as Bethlehem Cemetery and Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. This has also been known as a Black cemetery.

Louis married Margaret Lucinda Caricker Garrett, daughter of Charles Caricker and Lucinda Wiggins, on 29 Jun 1857 in Jackson County, Arkansas. Margaret was born on 3 Apr 1842 in Tennessee, died on 19 Oct 1899 in Woodruff County, Arkansas at age 57, and was buried in Stephenson Cemetery near Revels, Arkansas.

This Uncle Jim Garrett was a half brother to Pa and was sherrif of Woodruff County Arkansas

My original date for his death was Jan 20, 1949 taken from the family Bible in the possession of Jenk Stephenson; however, his death certificate indicates his death as Jan 22, 1949. Also, I have his date of birth as March 31, 1867 and the death certificate indicates it is March 31, 1868.

James married Ida E. Ward, daughter of Erastus T. Ward, on 10 Jul 1887. Ida was born on 22 Dec 1870, died in Sep 1898 at age 27, and was buried in Augusta Memorial Park Cemetery.

   19 M    iii. Charles A. Garrett was born on 1 Jan 1869 and died on 27 Aug 1883 at age 14.
