Linda’s Recipe for Spicy Garlic Pickles

1 gallon of dill pickles- sliced

5 lbs of sugar

1 garlic

Tobasco sauce

 

Buy sliced dill pickles or buy whole and slice them yourself.

Drain pickles.

Put a layer of pickles 3-3 ½ inch thick back in pickle jar and add 2 cups of sugar.

Add 3 shakes of tobasco sauce.

Add 1 pod of garlic. Repeat layers to top of jar.

Put lid on jar. Turn jar over every day for 7 days.

Makes the best pickles ever
